In order to book for FULL SERVICE catering, there are a few requirements which include:
1) Must have a clean kitchen to cook and prepare the meal. Must have your own plates and cutlery whereas the chef will only bring personal kitchen equipment.
2) You must complete the booking form on the contact page. Thereafter you will be contacted to discuss further details and pricing for your event within 48hrs. We do not respond to inquires after 5pm until next business day.
3) The chef does not require any guest to buy groceries. The grocery shopping will be done for you and the cost of that will be included in your bill.
4) To officially reserve a day with the chef for your event, there will be a non-refundable deposit. Your remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event giving the chef enough time to prepare. Any late payments will result in a 50 dollar per day late fee up to 3 days prior. Failure to pay will result in your event being cancelled.

5) If we have less than a 14 day notice of your event, a rush fee will be applied. In addition to 100% payment due up front.
